Kent Newberry, Lot 52, Fence Project

Request from HOA Member:

Hi Don,
I finally made some decisions on the fence.  Attached is an Excel spreadsheet showing the basic design. The fence will be made from 1” x 6” x 6’ cedar fence boards – with a starfish design (cut-out).  The posts are 4” x 4” x 10’ and will be cedar wrapped with ≤” cedar to give them additional thickness and a better look.  The post will be set about 2.5 feet in the ground in concrete/gravel mix – each will be have a cedar cap.  The two gates will be of similar design (with starfish).

If possible I’d like to start Friday the 25th of May with most of the work complete by the end of the weekend.  Hopefully this is enough notice, if not I’ll try and make other arrangements. Please let me know if you need any additional details.
