The Bella Beach Homeowners Association has several committees which oversee various parts of the HOA and report to the Board of Directors.

Architecture Review Committee

The ARC sets architecture and design standards for the Bella Beach community. It also reviews applications from homeowners for exterior changes to houses, hot tub placement, fences, decks, etc. See the ARC section of our site for more information.

Landscape Committee

The Landscape Committee works to maintain and improve the Bella Beach common areas. This committee also works with homeowners to maintain a consistent and high level of landscape care in Bella Beach. The Landscape Committee reviews applications from homeowners for changes to landscape design on their property. See the Landscape Committee section of our site for more information.

Commercial Properties Committee

The Commercial Properties Committee sets standards and rules for the commercial properties in Bella Beach. This includes architecture and design, landscape, lighting and rules of operation. See the Commercial Properties Committee section of our site for more information.

Rules Working Groups

At the January 12, 2008 Board of Directors meeting, the Board accepted the Rules Committee’s suggestion that the committee be disbanded and replaced with “working groups” for specific issues as they arise. Each working group will be chaired by a Board member and will make recommendations to the Board for changes or additions to the HOA rules.
