HOA Security Hotline Information

One of the most common concerns the Board hears from HOA members is a feeling of not knowing whom to call to report a problem. To address this concern and to provide supplemental security services for the community, the HOA has retained the services of TCB Productions, a security services provider based in Newport. The services provided by TCB also include daily patrols.

HOA members may call the 24 Hour Dispatch # 541-574-2828 to report problems. The TCB Office no. is 541-265-5265.

Problem Report and Resolution Process
When TCB receives a call about a specific house/property (e.g. a noise issue), they will contact the responsible party indicated on that house’s emergency contact information form. TCB will work with the property contact to resolve the issue and will follow-up with the person reporting the problem to make sure it has been resolved.

If TCB is not able to reach the responsible party for the property, they will dispatch an officer. After assessing and resolving the issue, the officer will check back with the person who made the report.

TCB will also dispatch an officer in cases where the problem is not specific to a property or where the problem requires a more immediate response.

Please note, HOA members should continue to use 911 for emergency situations.

For full-time Bella Beach residents, TCB offers a “vacation watch” service. If you will be gone from your home several days or more, contact TCB and their patrol officers will check your property daily while you’re gone. This service is provided without additional cost to the HOA or residents.
